Ziad Rahbani
Ziad Rahbani is a Lebanese composer, pianist, playwright, and political commentator. He was born in Antelias, Lebanon in 1956. He began composing music when he was just a teenager. His earliest work was “My Friend God,” written from 1967 to 1968. His compositions were popular throughout the Arab world. His musicals satirized Lebanese politics during and after the civil war. Now Ziad Rahbani is continuing his successful jobs.
